Unit 107 is on the 1ST floor of the complex near the center of the building. From the lanai you can walk right out to the heated salt water pool and BBQ area.

The complex is a half circular condo with a salt water heated swimming pool, BBQ area, tables and chairs on almost 3 acres of oceanfront property.
  • Ceiling fans and natural trade winds keep the apartment cool and breezy.
  • Fully renovated kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker and filtered water. Range, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, spice rack, dishes, silverware and all utensils.
  • Bedroom with king-size bed, large bureau, closet and air conditioner.
  • Full bath with shower and towels.
  • Hi-Def LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, and cable connection with 80+ channels.
  • Extra linens, spare pillows, blankets, and beach towels.
  • Assigned parking stall, plus guest parking available on site.
  • Rates are $112.00 per night including Hawaii GET(general excise tax), plus a $75.00 cleaning fee.
  • Minimum stay is 7 days. There is a 10 percent discount for a full month booking.
  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
  • The apartment comes with all linens, including beach towels, kitchen condiments, dishes, small appliances and a clock Radio.
